The process was smooth and we had excellent help along the way.
Almost every person I talked to told me different things. I asked repeatedly if there were any documents that were needed from me and I was told no, yet there was, which delayed my money back another day. I will not be refinancing with penny mac again.

Be clear, when an item is received don't ask for it again. Make sure everyone is on the same page on your side and other than that everything was good. Overall I'd give the experience an 8.

Overall experience was outstanding. From start to finish the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Any question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. If my lending agent wasn't available, someone else would always be able to help. All of this made for a smooth process with minimal stress. Thank you!!
