Great refinancing experience. All was done on line until closing. They had a notary come to the house for closing and she was great. We've had PennyMac for our mortgage for 4 years, always great customer service.

Tynisha was the perfectly helpful. She explained the process so that I could easily understand, and she was extremely kind and patient. She seemed more that willing to investigate any questions I had and never seemed to be frustrated with them. Thank you Tynisha!!
Not a good experience home first time refinance. Lack of communication I actually have received more emails of the surveys and I've had with anything else this is why I'm leaving a bad survey.
