We submitted an an application online and never heard back so after two weeks we called in and they ended up filling out a new application for us on the phone. So that app we filled out online is still floating out there. Overall, the technology was very convenient and user-friendly. It was confusing that it showed our loan officer's contact information, but then when we asked questions he directed us to the 1-800 number where we would speak to someone from the general line who didn't know anything about our loan.
Everything went smoothly and all requirements were communicated well and on time.
