I thought it was a smooth transaction.
Closing was booked and we were told everything was in good order. Then we received a follow up email asking for us to complete an additional work verification document for my wife. I sent two emails one to Savannah and one to Cathy Caligiuri asking for requirement to be waived as it came after the fact of Pennymac saying all was in in good order, with closing being booked. Not receiving multiple/duplicate emails from Brittany/Jordan ... # of phone calls back & forth to get closing disclosure correct.
Elyccia was very prompt and helpful. She was able o answer any questions we had and walked us through this process without any problems.
Communication was great, any question I had was answered promptly and clearly.
