This does not reflect on Veronica. She and Tracey were excellent. Your underwriters made multiple requests for insurance and we're not clear exactly what they wanted. I provided them my insurance and they dropped the ball. The closing agent put the wrong documents in the closing documents, so escrow was wrong. I caught it the day before closing and called and gave to corrections that needed to happen.
