Original numbers and closing documents did not match, had to re-do entire process. Linda was very rude each time she had called and wouldn’t speak to my wife about anything having to do with the loan even though everyone else at pennymac was able too! Shalimar and mark stellings were wonderful throughout the process, everyone else not so much.

I started the official process aug.2021. Closed in april 2022.i dk what exactly was happening for the length of time and switched so many processing agents.all the way to the day bfr closing..also same loan officer until day bfr closing.i am pleaesed with new payment but overall there good.
