Not your fault. I am not technically adept, so most problems were at my end
Penny Mac made the process of buying and refinancing my house a breeze. Everyone that I spoke to were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions, they explained everything very clearly.
Communication, not being asked to get documents multiple times, lost emails, etc. Day of original closing date, we had no clue where in the process we were or what we were waiting on. I had to reach out for everything if I wanted to know an update.
Communicative, able to be reached promptly and great attitude.
