Hello, I gave such a low score due to the lack of communication from Brianna, it was nearly impossible to get her to reply to my title companies requests/phone calls/emails. I requested my own title company to close my loan, it was like she didn't want to deal with that. I had multiple calls from people that tried to set up appointments to come to my home to do the closing. I kept telling them where I was doing my closing and set up my date via your system. Nathan spoke to me once. I am unclear what his job is and why he works for you. Several other people were helpful in his place. He should probably take an office job in the North Pole where he will not need any customer service skills.
