Sara was very awesome but the things that happened where out of her hands. My closing was held up 3 weeks because the people who verify employment do not care and did a very poor job! I had to contact Kevin on several different occasions to ask him to talk to the person who verified employment to get off their lazy *** and make a simple call so we could get the loan closed as this was the only thing needed in that delayed 3 week period! I provided my employers name and number at least 9 times and found out the person googled... read more
When documents need to be signed by more than one person, send them the electronic documents and don’t make them print them out and send back to y’all.
