I was very pesty about a title issue that needed resolving, so the team gets kudos for handling so many communications from me about it.
So many issues. The same documents were requested over and over. No one seemed to communicate with each other, so anytime information was shared with PennyMac, the next day was like dejavu. Grace addressed me by the wrong name numerous times and had to be told each week that the closing date was incorrect. She could not answer any questions that I had after the closing disclosure was sent. I am still waiting for an appraisal deposit refund from PennyMac and it has been over a month. We had a hard time getting clear communication, and we had documents that were submitted but not properly filed or lost because they were requested again. We were often uncertain about what was being done in the background and what the timeline was for closing.
