Very professional and easy to work with.
PennyMac needs to find a new third-party appraisal. As someone who works in the lending industry and deals with desktop appraisals, avms, and physical appraisers I cant believe a company as large as PennyMac continues with this appraisal company. The appraisal process was absolutely filled with friction
