Very knowledgeable staff made the refinancing process very painless. Everyone we spoke with was very professional and we never felt pressured into doing anything we didn't want.
More communication should have a direct number to someone also u should be told exactly when you will receive your money from the cash out refinancing also title company screwed up the closing documents had half of someone else is refinancing stuff I dont know if they had half of mine bit when information like ssn are on documents it should be taken more seriously
