My recent refinance experience with PennyMac was stellar. The process went smoothly, swiftly, and efficiently. All the Mac team were very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and yet professional. My refinance was closed in about a month from start to finish. I could reach a live person on the team who could answer my questions.
