The first 2 times we tried the first loan officer never answered our email. Second one we sent all paper to thought we were closing on 10 /30 /21 then never heard back again. This last time totally happy Justin was amazing.

Make sure that final amts and what is or is not included in loan (taxes, closing costs, etc) are verified with client before signing!!

Jon was great. I wish there was a direct line to access him at all times as opposed to calling the 1800 number. The portal is also a night mare to use and there were several documents that I submitted more than once. I was also told last minute about several documents needing completed just prior to closing. I believe most of the issues were from the title company as well so it’s hard to say who’s at fault. I enjoy working with Penny Mac but these issues should be addressed.
