The process was easy to maneuver through and stress free.
Closing on time the first time
Peter did his job well. My concern is that the Pennymac back-office process needs work. If I hadn't called weekly to push the process along or connect dots on the behalf of Pennymac my load would have continued to drag on. I started the process in November and closed in late March. I understand there was a subordinate loan, but penny mac seemed content to send an email and wait indefinitely.
The whole process was very easy and Faiza made sure to respond properly to any concerns and questions I had.
Things went well
Sandra was always on top of thing and rarely did we have any questions; they were most often answered before we could ask.
