MY EXPERIENCE WITH PENNYMAC IS A LITTLE UNIQUE. THEY HAVE BEEN MY MORTGAGE COMPANY FOR 5 YEARS, AND I RECENTLY REFINANCED AND THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. ELIANA WAS SO AVAILABLE TO TALK WITH IF I NEEDED AN EXPLANATION FOR SOMETHING ABOUT THE PROCESS. THE PROCESS WAS REALLY SMOOTH AND ONCE ALL THE INFORMATION WAS SUBMITTED, THE CLOSING WAS SCHEDULED. I WAS ABLE TO CHOOSE THE DATE AND TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME.
Andy's professionality and communication was immensely appreciated during this process. He was able to communicate effectively with the underwriting team whenever they requested the same documentation multiple times. I appreciated the updates he provided even when there was no change and it was just a waiting game. Overall, having someone like Andy throughout my refinance process made it this a great experience.
