Everything was very efficient and everyone was accessible, professional, and kind.

Overall we were satisfied but there were a couple of issues. After termite inspection and prior to the corrective action we received numerous calls from lots of different people asking when termite repairs were going to be completed in order to complete the loan docs. There seemed to be a lack of communication btwn coworkers. I feel this needs improvement
