The title people didn’t come when they said they would and there was no communication or explanation or phone call. Someone could or reached out to let me know what was happening.
True professional and quick to respond to my questions
Lack of communication between PennyMac Team Members. Example, I provided info to one Team member and another member requested the same data. I was told that a final appraisal inspection was not needed (2x) and come the final day, we had to race to get appraisers back down there to close.
