Easy transaction from start to finish. Didn't even have to leave my house. Did the closing paperwork at my kitchen table.

Overall just a terrible experience because of not getting responses for sometimes days at a time I now have to request refunds from 4 different company’s that are being paid off thru refinance.. I will definitely not be doing anything else with penny Mac from this point forward once I sell my house in coming years.

My overall experience was absolutely fabulous. The entire PennyMac team that worked with me including Laci and Pascal was very pleasant and professional. I am extremely pleased with the help, kindness and friendliness I received. I give the PennyMac team (Laci & Pascal) a 5 star rating. I would recommend Laci & Pascal to receive HIGH honors from PennyMac!!!
The experience I had in dealing with Service Link is the only part of the process that was a nightmare. The rest and all dealings directly with PennyMac was excellent!
