Better communications with the same person. Seemed like I was getting shuffled between different officers
The overall experience went very fluid like and the expectations provided to me allowed me to be prepared for what was going to happen. Having that information right from the start was huge for my family and I, then if there was questions or updates they got answered very quickly. My family and I are very happy with the service provided.
