More communication to decrease processing and ensure all is on track
Erika, Cesar, Janet, and the title company all made the process very easy. The estimated amount of cash back was different than the actual amount we got but after it was explained we better understood why the amount changed. I enjoy working with PENNYMAC and that is why I refi’d with them.
Sometimes it took weeks before someone would get back to me. I feel like officers should have a weekly verbal communication with clients and that would help the process go smoothly.
Everyone I had communications with were totally awesome and very patient!! Very friendly as well! So glad I worked with the people I did! Thank you!!

Liem was great he did everything great an always answered my questions promptly . The communication between sending the correct information in was off . Repeatedly sending the same information in held the operation by weeks . As the customer if I hadn’t been proactive this would have push the closing back even longer .
