The process of linking up with the Notary was clunky because when she called me she didn't have the correct information so I thought it was a phone scam.
Very good and fast
this ,was the third loan i have had with penny mac. Paul did a great job in getting the loan processed.
Lack of communication during loan process, no calls, am doing all the calls and still had to communicate with the loan processor. All this will have closed earlier if the communication was clear.
She made everything very easy to understand.
Wish it would of been a faster process. Took almost three months to close
