Communication was great.
I believe his name was Frazier Caldwell. He should be doing something else. Would talk around the answers to my questions to the point of confusing himself. Albert DeLeon was the only person who communicated at all. And he only came on board right at the end.

Everything went great in a timely manner. Questions were answered completely and legible thanks again
We appreciate the time that was given to us and the questions asked or answered quickly. We were pleased from the moment we started this process until it was done. The speed which it was done was phenomenal for us. Our son was doing the same thing at the same time and it took him wait longer. Thank you for what you helped us with us and we are very appreciative for it going through as quickly as it did.
