It's way easier cause I was reapplying with Pennymac loan with was my prior loan so not that Many documents havedto be send or provided for the application of refinance.

PennyMac provided great service with my refinance. What the shock was numerous phone calls and letters demanding me to stop working with PennyMac and call them for a better loan. How is my information of refinancing with PennyMac getting out to many other loan companies?
I felt that I was not treating as a loyal customer and had to constantly fight for a good rate and points that another company could’ve offered me the same.

Having a competent loan processor that actually cared about the follow-through of the process, that didn't patronize and that got the job done. My loan was not completed by Brenda Amato, it was completed by Sandra Morgan because I had to go over Brenda's head to move my loan along. It was the most frustrating and infuriating process I have ever dealt with as far as lending. Please go back and listen to the recorded conversations and read the notes from the loan.
