The process was made very simple and right to the point
Not enough help when the problem of the extra payment arose. Loan team did not respond until the loan officer got involved.

All representatives were very helpful. Made complicated items very clear.
This was the easiest process for refinancing I have ever been a part of.
Had some issues with communication. Being told one thing and then being told something different after. Was told we would need no money to close. Received a phone call two days later saying I needed 1200 bucks to close. It became a little frustrating
