Im just not very Happy with PennyMac in General
Great communication and quickly answered questions for me. Whole process went very smoothly. Great experience. Would highly recommend.
Mistakes were made, payoff numbers were not accurate even after I pointed the problem out to penny Mac and solidifi, closing was delayed a week to iron out and same mistake was made causing me to have to pay the 5,000$ short on my heloc, loan officers were ghosts after closing with major mistakes
Communicated well, answered questions, no strings attached mentality
