Britney did a fine job pushing through my refinance. The trouble was with everyone else. They kept changing everything and not letting me know. Horrible experience! I wish I had used a different company.

Not having several different people telling me several different things..documents or disclosures never matched what was initially talked about. My closing statements even said one closing amount and at the closing table was another. Still waiting for a supervisor to co tact me about my loan now..several different answers on whether or not to pay my March payment that is getting paid off..now I have Incurred a late fee which aggravates me. Noone will answer me and when I called I was on hold for 1 hour and 5 mins
