From start to closing, everything about the process was incredible. All of my questions and concerns were answered and I closed 2 weeks earlier than expected, which was awesome! Thank you for a great experience!
Documents were requested more than once bc I didn’t send them after the first request, so I appreciate the follow up and reminder. Documents at closing had the wrong zip code—37343 (our old address) instead of 37363. I may have been the one who’s messed that up somewhere along the way, but it’s worth double-checking toward the end of the line.
