Very good, and quick
Miscommunication was rampant and it lead to very awful closing experience. we were asked to do the exact same thing including submitting paperwork 3 or 4 times. I will not recommend PennyMac

Very easy and quick process.
No complaints
No communication. I have no idea who Ray Lane is. I had to call 4 time to get updates on closing. I finally got the closing person information 2 hours before scheduled closing. Not happy at all.
From start to finish everything went quickly and as expected. My team made the refinance process very simple and painless.
Marcia Wiggins is intelligent, professional and wonderful to work with. Marcia also has a great personality - Very positive and is simply a good lady. Penny Mac is fortunate to have such a fantastic employee to represent them!
