The Appraisal results took too long. And then the request for repairs was a nightmare. I received the appraisal late, and then the very next day you were requesting and asking me if the repairs were completed? Like how was I supposed to know what the repairs even were without the appraisal.
Zamaria was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We breezed through the process.

Jon is the MAN!! He was so efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I’ve closed a loan before but it had been a while so some of the documents I needed him to walk me through and he never made me feel dumb or rushed to get them in. I was so happy to get him on a 2’d loan back to back because he was so easy to work with. You need to give this man a raise! Lol I love penny max and will continue to tell friends and family about them!
