I had issues with the documents uploaded online. I was asked for documents repeatedly that I had already provided. When I emailed the processor about this, I don’t feel I got a timely or accurate response. I was also frustrated with the HELOC issue. It was paid off with The lender and they showed it closed, but I had difficulties with PennyMac agreeing that was the case. I’m glad the process is complete, I felt it was more stressful and disorganized than it should be.
Smooth and simple, assisted along the way as needed. Fast and timely. Fantastic service for a complicated process. I needed to do very little work and your people did everything to make it quick and painless, as well as helping to lower costs.
Our experience was overall good, everything went smoothly, they reached out each time to update us.

First of all Shead asked me for the same documents multiple times , I didn’t receive answers in a timely manner & needed to go threw other employees to get them & I’ve been with PennyMac mortgage company with the mortgage I had from the house I sold & can’t understand why the information isn’t in my file already !

De’Loria was very responsive and in touch to check in throughout the process. There was a lack of communication between the closer and the attorneys; documents were requested a few times without response and on closing day there was a lapse in communication and laps in execution from the penny Mac team to execute the transfer. More up front communication between the closing team and the buyers attorney would have prevented the issues we encountered on closing day.
