The process was stress free. After providing the needed documentation I didn’t have any issues. All of the questions were answered and my point of contact was prompt in answering questions I had. Ashton was fantastic!! Sadly many of your other employees were terrible. Please look in my records. My first loan was botched beyond repair. The second one was almost ruined again until I contacted a VP of the company and he assigned me to Ashton who saved the loan. The loss I suffered from the incompetence from the first loan managers can’t be quantified. It was a nightmare that I am glad is over. We had poor communication with Ashton and every time he called and left a message, we would try to call back and he would already be out of the office. Angela walters was the person that really helped us! She helped us threw the whole process. I may have spoken to Ashton maybe once
