There seemed to be confusion over who, exactly, was responsible for my refi. There seemed to be more than one "team" working on my case. I suppose it didn't help that one of the individuals was involved in an automobile accident just after we got things started. I'm not very computer savvy, so having to submit documentation online really befuddled me. Apparently we did something right, cuz it all came out right in the end.

Just overall professional advice and service made my loan experience wonderful.
There were just a few things that were not explained properly when it came to my cash out process. There were checks sent for balances that were already paid off. no one explained how that worked. Also, the closing costs were supposed to be included in my cash out but i ended up having to come up with the money that wasn't expected.
