The process moved along well, though there were a few moments when I could not tell what the status was, or if I had submitted acceptable doucmentation.
I was impressed with the on-line process and and how easy it was to see what was completed and what was needed to finish. Phone communication was good and understood. No delays
Although stressful at times, Tracy always answered or found out the answers to my inquiries in a timely manner.
