Our bank act no. Was put in wrong. We did not receive closing money until the 6th day after closing. They had to make sure money got retreaved from the account that they sent it too.
Nathaniel made the whole process so easy. I normally don’t complete customer surveys, but I am making an exception this time because Nathaniel was so great.
Nathaniel had exceptional customer service and was really very knowledgeable in the loan options PennyMac offered. He was very patient, kind and always was available throughout the process. We are so blessed to have had him assigned to our loan processing. He was the best loan specialist I have had in my 20 plus years experience in buying homes. Thanks PennyMac for hiring such a super star as a specialist.
