The communication from Tracy was nothing like I have ever experienced in buying a home. I believe that if there were more Tracy's at Penny Mac it would be many times more successful. She should be a model for all her co workers to copy. She always made me feel like all would be ok. Even during my deepest doubts. And it was all ok. She had a hand in changing my familiy's life and I fully appreciate her.
Seemless from start to finish. The communication and the process was much better than I anticipated.
Much easier than other loan processes I've been through.

Exceptional prompt and professional.
The process moved along well, though there were a few moments when I could not tell what the status was, or if I had submitted acceptable doucmentation.
More personal focus. Obviously dealing with too many applications at same time. Multiple requests from different people for same documents already submitted. Overall processes need improvement. Employees were not knowledgeable and need more training. Overall experience extremely frustrating. Expected refinancing with same company to be easier.
