Jennifer Neff was great to work with and very clear on the loan process and what was needed. I feel the break down started when Jennifer turned the process over to the Mac Team. It seemed to me that there was a lack of experience which was frustrating.
Listening and communication
Much easier than other loan processes I've been through.
Our bank act no. Was put in wrong. We did not receive closing money until the 6th day after closing. They had to make sure money got retreaved from the account that they sent it too.
Easy experience
I am so Thankful for Erica and The Pennymac team. Every hurdle was jumped. The experience that We all had to go through in this situation , God Blessed Me with You All. Erica was EXTREMELY supportive mentally for Me. Just know that I appreciate you all. God Bless Pennymac and The whole team. 🤗🙏❤
