The worst refinance I’ve ever had. Iam had no clue what he was doing. My documents were constantly wrong throughout the entire process. Because of his incompetence we had to have TWO closings because the closing docs and settlement statement were wrong. Nightmare.
Robyn Moore was communicative, informative and professional every step of the way. Awesome customer service.

Edward was very easy to work with. I highly recommend him. The title company was the worst ever. Longest time span we’ve ever had for a closing because of the title company. Other than the delays for the closing it was great. They ask for info from us and we gave. Edward or his assistant called weekly to keep us updated.

I still am having an issue with my Discount Tire payoff. My credit report is still showing an outstanding balance even though the check has been cashed. Any help with this would be appreciated. Sandrea’s been great the whole way through!
The loan approval process can be long, tedious, and exasperating; anyone who has gone through one or more can attest to that. Was our experience with PennyMac free of all that? No, and expecting it to be would have been unrealistic. What made this experience different was Cindy Crouse, our loan specialist.
