Erika communicated well with me and frequently. All docs were taken care of quickly. The entire process was smooth. With the intense load at that time for re-fi's, Erika was able to move things through in a timely manner. She was always pleasant and clear in what was coming next. Closing was arranged to meet my needs and get the process done quickly.
