Great experience
Lack of communication from Pennymac. I had to call multiple times to check status of my loan only to find out it was denied for reasons that i had emailed about, but never heard back. Then once loan was back on track, still lack of communication. I had to check on status. I just went through a loan on a condo a few months ago and that process/lender was MUCH better. Great experience with Penny Mac
Nathaniel was awesome. He took over my loan from the original loan officer, who failed to get my loan closed in a timely manner. I'm very happy with Nathaniel, but not happy at all with Malek (? spelling)
