Sue was great but the whole PennyMac experience was terrible. Kristina didn't know anything and couldn't remember from one conversation to the next. She gave me inaccurate information on numerous occasions that caused anxiety. I was requesting a payout loan on a house that was free and clear and worth nearly a million dollars and I got the worst service. It took nearly 6 months to close on the house. It was the worst and most ridiculous experience i have ever had and I will never recommend PennyMac to anyone.

Easy and convenient
Refinancing was an easy process. We closed almost a month before our expected date. The team who handled everything was great
Julie was a great worker and if I had her from the start my loan would have been better my first Loan processor was on vacation at the start and I was unable to reach people when needed and more Communication is needed between your employees would help peoples l loans Go better and I would have recommended Pennymac if I Julie from the start because my loan Would have closed on time because she knows how to do her job unlike everyone else
Sandrea is an excellent communicator and problem solver. She made a difference in this process.
