Penny Mac was great to deal with on the other hand the title company they chose wasn't associated with others in my area but the did make accommodations to relocate to me...
Great job!
Seamless process and would recommend anyone to use PennyMac!! Thanks again for a great transaction.
Nice people
Sue was great but the whole PennyMac experience was terrible. Kristina didn't know anything and couldn't remember from one conversation to the next. She gave me inaccurate information on numerous occasions that caused anxiety. I was requesting a payout loan on a house that was free and clear and worth nearly a million dollars and I got the worst service. It took nearly 6 months to close on the house. It was the worst and most ridiculous experience i have ever had and I will never recommend PennyMac to anyone.
Everyone was very informative, Great experience
Thank, process had minimal flaws.
Fast, easy, friendly. Can’t ask for much more than that.
Loan was a easy process. I enjoyed working with penny mac and felt the value exceeded my expectations.
