Communication was poor through the whole process
Julie was a great worker and if I had her from the start my loan would have been better my first Loan processor was on vacation at the start and I was unable to reach people when needed and more Communication is needed between your employees would help peoples l loans Go better and I would have recommended Pennymac if I Julie from the start because my loan Would have closed on time because she knows how to do her job unlike everyone else
Sandrea is an excellent communicator and problem solver. She made a difference in this process.

I put off refinancing because I thought there would be a lot to do and it would be confusing. It wasn't at all! The electronic documents and signing made it easy. The website where these documents were located allowed me to feel confident I wasn't missing something important. Emails also prompted me to do tasks when I needed to.
