The people that helped me were kind and courteous. I felt like there were way too many hands in the cookie jar. I spoke to so many different people that did not know what was going on and had to reiterate the situation. My closing documents were wrong at least three times and it took 3 or so weeks to make the corrections. The title company also did not comply with my communications and had to fix mistakes. My assigned loan processor, Nancy was very pleasant to speak with but did not do the work. Whenever there was an issue with documents that were needed, but had been uploaded at a prior date, she would not do her do diligence to find them but tell me that she had no control, it's what this or that department wanted and I had to resend the documents... I have been trying to reach my "team" and can't seem to get them. There was a with-drawl from my bank account in the amount of $1719.4, my old monthly loan amount. I was told that there was not going to be a payment for February but would start in March 1st with the new monthly loan amount. I need my account credited with the $1719.41.
