From the beginning to the completion of the process everything went very smoothly. We were extremely pleased with the process.
We had incorrect documents that were completed at the start of our loan which caused an issue in the process for the VA loan. We were sent an email that stated COE needed to be fixed. We did not know what a COE was, and the individual on the phone (Not Krystal Fuentes), did not have the knowledge to help us understand what we needed to do.
