I feel the process is drawn out to much. It was a loan I already had with you so why can't many questions be answered with no change from previous loan. Income verification was really an rough experience. Asking for the same info over and over. Pay out of cash funds was terrible. Numerous Banks don't accept E--checks. I had to cash the check needing both me and my wife present with two forms of ID's. A really messed up process. Now I am wondering if my accounts to be paid with go through. I hope so.

kelvey gets a 10 out of 10. However, there were so many issues and things that were not shared which caused a lot of panic and confusion coming from the LO. I would say that training is needed with LO who work with buyers, especially in CA. I was very clear that I needed the loan to close within 30 days and it took two months. Then I was very clear about the cost of the loan and those were changed as we went along. There were just too many issues. Kelvey did fill in the gaps. He should get a raise.
