Multiple documentation received during closing had different information from the original closing document sent by email. The address on the last package is wrong.
So my experience with Kristina and Pascal were wonderful. Answered all my questions and kept me updated with the process the entire time. However, my experience with Hannah Brown was completely opposite. She ghosted me 2 weeks into the process and would not return my calls or emails to the point that my loan application expired and I had to restart with Pascal.
Excellent Experience
Chantel was so nice, and she was patient and explained everything in understanding terms. She followed up when she said she would to let us know how things were progressing. She was great in every aspect.
