I got what I needed & wanted
Unclear who is the primary point of contact that handles my refinance. Initial comm. handled by Alex, then transferred to Eriberto but he hardly made contact and I ended up communicating back with Alex or someone from the team. I also was communicated I can't choose a title company but then when I pushed you guys agreed its ok. My loan should have close by the end of 2021. I identified a problem with the preliminary closing documents on 12/13/2021, I communicated the problem immediately and provided proper documentations to support the claim. There was no activity with my loan for 2 weeks. When the closing documents were provided for my review, the original problem was still not fixed. I finally got the loan closed the 1/10/2022.
