Penny Mac always does a great job when closing my loans
Patrick Peavy was my contact throughout the entire time until the very last. Patrick was awesome to work with and made the process much easier. We had several delays due to our buyers not able to close when expected. Patrick worked with us and kept checking on the progress of our sale. Nancy phoned at the last to tell us she would be our contact now. I only spoke with her one time.

The appraisal was not ordered when I was told, took two weeks to get the appraiser to my house by and only after 4 or 5 calls specifically about this subject. Also, the title company completely failed to understand the previous loan, asking repeatedly for paid in full letters that I had already provided. Again, it took multiple phone calls to straighten out the matter and wasted a lot of time. It was a pleasure. Such a good experience.
My loan should have close by the end of 2021. I identified a problem with the preliminary closing documents on 12/13/2021, I communicated the problem immediately and provided proper documentations to support the claim. There was no activity with my loan for 2 weeks. When the closing documents were provided for my review, the original problem was still not fixed. I finally got the loan closed the 1/10/2022.
