My experience with Sandrea was amazing. I’m still confused with how my refinance went through so many changes and reschedules. Sandrea did a wonderful job of keeping us updated and clear about all of the changes, even if why the changes were having to happen weren’t always from her department.

I've purchased 7 or 8 homes during my life . All with mortgages. Bought 5 or 6 "expensive" cars with loans. Longest loan/mortgage process took month and a half. THIS LOAN TOOK 3 AND 1/2 MONTHS!...(Oct./21 to Jan./22). Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional (Customer Service) .... but the people doing the actual loan (who I didn't deal with......(Title Co. ?), didn't seem to really know or care what they were doing. Availability of support even on weekends.
We kept getting ask for the same document over and over again, we were supposed to close within 6 weeks but it was pushed out to a few months because of the slow response.
Monthly payments was changed at the end.
The process was over all good
