it took TOO LONG to closed and sometimes feel frustrate it about process
I've purchased 7 or 8 homes during my life . All with mortgages. Bought 5 or 6 "expensive" cars with loans. Longest loan/mortgage process took month and a half. THIS LOAN TOOK 3 AND 1/2 MONTHS!...(Oct./21 to Jan./22). Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional (Customer Service) .... but the people doing the actual loan (who I didn't deal with......(Title Co. ?), didn't seem to really know or care what they were doing. We kept getting ask for the same document over and over again, we were supposed to close within 6 weeks but it was pushed out to a few months because of the slow response.
