Lawrence was fantastic and very responsive and I greatly appreciated his time and efforts. Had it not been for him I would have pulled out of my loan application because my loan officer failed to respond to my emails or calls until a few days before closing. It was a very frustrating experience to not get answers from my loan officer but Lawrence did the best he could to answer all of my questions and made sure to email and call me back when I requested.
