Unclear who is the primary point of contact that handles my refinance. Initial comm. handled by Alex, then transferred to Eriberto but he hardly made contact and I ended up communicating back with Alex or someone from the team. I also was communicated I can't choose a title company but then when I pushed you guys agreed its ok. Quickest and easiest refinance. PennyMac was great 👍🏼
Julie was great! My name was spelled wrong on every closing doc and the disbursement checks but this was quickly corrected. The credit card payoff process was not clear and we were surprised when we received the checks ourselves. So this part of the princess and expectations could have been communicated more clearly but other than that we were pleased with the overall process.
The PennyMac refinance process for existing customers was quick, easy and seamless. When we found a better rate at another lender they were proactive to earn our business. Our process manager Devin was thorough, an excellent communicator and patient with our questions. A truly great overall experience!
