Everyrhing went smooth, timely and without delay.
There were several issues with the communication we received from Mr. Ahmed. First, we were told we would need to bring funds to closing. I knew that was incorrect based on earlier conversations when we were getting approved for the loan. When questioned, Mr. Ahmed said things had just changed without a clear answer. When I called back and spoke to someone else, I was reassured that I had been correct, and we would be receiving funds at closing rather than owing. you need to better commnunicate the data requests and the status throughout the loan process. There were breakdowns between the back office and Claudia. It wasn't her fault since she could not get the info from the Underwriters.
I held my 1st loan with PennyMac and paid it off last year. You offered a better rate so we attempted it again. Each time I received a phone call from PennyMac I was told it was recorded. Please listen from start to finish my experiences with Jonathan Franco and then Belinda Dunnavant and go through the emails. Ms. Dunnavant should not be allowed to serve fast food much less handle loans for PennyMac. She is an absolute disaster and the reason we were delayed in closing.
