This was an AMAZING experience for our refi! Everything was smooth and we even closed sooner than anticipated. The process was easy and mostly painless.
While Belinda was very kind and pleasant to speak with, I often felt like she wasn’t sure what was going on. She often misspoke, correcting herself multiple times in a conversation, could not give me straight answers, and a few times she told me she would contact me before the end of her shift and never did.
