Everything was explained clearly and accurately. It was a hassle free process and everybody that I worked with was very professional and enjoyable.

Long arduous process. I asked for a different closing agent multiple times in the process. I haven't spoken to my closing agent in over 2 weeks and have been piecing information from random agents I'm calling into. I requested calls for confirmation on various aspects and COULD NOT convince my agent to do his job. My tax documents at a point I was told I didn't need, then 2 weeks before the second closing date that my documents were wrong because I didn't have this document.
Great company and people to work with. I would highly recommend them. I was even able to close a month early.
We started with a different company that was dragging their feet. Once we moved to you, it was fast and simple. Thanks a bunch.
Multiple requests for documents by different people and uploaded to two different loan management systems made the process insanely frustrating. We had very little insight into where we were in the process at all times and when we would close (1 month later than plan) The interaction with Mariely was some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. No apology for her poor service, no acknowledgement of our concerns, just a bunch of excuses and defensive remarks. Araceli was awesome!
