The process went quickly and smoothly. I was given updates weekly so that I knew exactly what was happening with my loan.
Jason staples made my refinance process a breeze. He was very detailed when explaining the whole process and paperwork. If I didn’t understand something he would explain it so I could understand it. It was a pretty seemless process. We closed several weeks ahead of schedule.
Considering the amount of refinancing overall that was going on during my refinance because of interest rates being cut, Maranda did a great job in answering my questions and responding. My closing was ahead of the original estimated date by two weeks and that made me very pleased. I love PennyMac and will hopefully be with them through the entire life of the loan.
