First of all your bank only came to lower interest rate after another lender started the process when this was done you then called me and asked what you could do then I told you what they were doing, I was instructed I had to supply there paperwork to you. So I did and then you beat their rate but they came back wanted to get load and waived the closing fees but your guy refused and told me take loan to them then and demand I show more paperwork which was instructed me to I could not supply

The entire refinancing process was super quick and easy. The entire process from start to finish was only a couple of weeks. The closing was smooth and quick. I never had to stress about anything.

To many different people working on loan. Not enough updates on how it was going. I had to initiate the call.

Just a lot of miscommunication, documents requested repeatedly, not going through things throughly to find documents needed. We originally applied for a loan in December, had an appraisal than the application went dormant and nobody followed up. We had to reapply for a new loan. Charles would say he would call back at a certain time and wouldn’t. Other people had to find documents that were missing and somehow they were attached to the old application.

Everything happened as expected and I got to close early by almost 3 weeks! This was a smooth and easy transaction. Definitely suggest using Penny Mac!
