Overall from start to finish it was a pretty easy process. Frank was very thorough. I didn’t hear from Claudia until much further down the process; we actually only spoke once.
Sandrea was fantastic, as was out on-boarding agent, Mireya. I enjoyed working with both of them.
Channel was informative and helpful
-We received multiple requests for the same document. -We were working with too many different people at PennyMac. -Claudia was the most responsive of the people we worked with. -When we called PennyMac we had to speak to a different person almost every time. -In the end, we were satisfied with the product and feel that we received a fair price.
The only problem we experienced was because our trust.
