Thank you Michelle. she was very responsive and answered my questions and concerns
Initial problems were solved quickly
Giovana with PennyMac was great in working with me through my loan refinance. I am a happy customer and would recommend PennyMac services to others.
I was happy
Communication was excellent, and all my questions were answered promptly and accurately.
This was the easiest quickest experience. Thank you so much!
We’ve done a refi before and it was faster and a smoother process. Also the appraiser sent out appraised our home lower than previous estimates given. She lowered the footage of our home and comped it to smaller homes in the area. The last appraiser didn’t do that. So we got less than we were looking for.
Communication and awareness were awesome
Very friendly and helpful.
