Communication was excellent, and all my questions were answered promptly and accurately.
We’ve done a refi before and it was faster and a smoother process. Also the appraiser sent out appraised our home lower than previous estimates given. She lowered the footage of our home and comped it to smaller homes in the area. The last appraiser didn’t do that. So we got less than we were looking for.
