I had to keep calling the first guy who reached out to me. Mr. Nash was of greater help then the loan lady that I was assigned to. I don't even know her name to this day. If not for my continue conversations with Mr. Nash, I would have not known what what was going on.

The overall process was a nightmare. There were way too many people involved in the loan process to the point that I just stopped trying to remember the names of people. There were times that I was given information that was not accurate, but it was not by Nathaniel Orozco. I do not remember who told me incorrectly. I do know that my initial loan officer Ryan did not do a good job of explaining the overall process and how the loan would work. We used PennyMac previously for a refi on another home and it was a great experience, again, on the refi of our current home.
