to much duplicate paperwork and should only have to sign your name not other requested info added to signature. Notary kept asking to re sign because signature was not exactly on line or letter was below line. Have never in all my years have seen such non sense in signing Documents.

I am a 25yr Marine Corp Veteran....We say we can not use the word perfect when it comes to working with humans, but I can in the sense of knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and loveable. My M.A.C. team form the beginning to the end were awesome and that's why I decided to refinance with PennyMac. The company as a whole can not be described in the article. If we ran into any issues it was resolved before I could blink. Tomeka was like a mom taking care of everything. You rock Team M.A.C.

Gwendolyn was very hands off. She called once and left a voicemail and everything else was via email. She did not answer questions the first time asked and then gave inaccurate/false information ( said we should indicate to the person closing our loan that we wanted biweekly payments) prior to the closing. She also failed to respond to our insurance agent so information wasn’t available at the closing. I sent her an email to this affect to which she did not respond.
