Very professional under difficult conditions Coronavirus was in full affect and the staff at Penny Mac muscled through for me
Mr. Charles Matlock was AWESOME; very knowledgeable of the loan process & reliable when responding to questions & concerns I had regarding my loan.
Every time I responded to the emails as instructed, I never got the answers I was looking for. Every time I called and asked for my loan officers, I never got to actually speak with them except ONCE when I was transferred to my initial contact person. Then he told me Jacob would be contacting me that day or within 24hrs, not only did that not happen, but about a week later I got an email that we were canceling our refinance-which was not the case.
I had asked a question about bringing money to closing and was not given a correct answer.
Quick. They did everything for me.
