Jason was very professional and helpful, im nota computer person and his guidance and patience was a BLESSIN, he told me to take my time try to fill out the paperwork and if i had ne ?'s to ask, which i did, because of my not knowing if i completed the task he sent me. THANKU for b n u Jason, stay masked up n hand sanitized
Everyone was very professional from start to finish. Answered my questions quickly and clearly. The only glitch was the error on the closing amount due at signing but it was resolved with no delays.
Phone number of originator agent missing one digit - communications impossible. Documents would show up and I would leave voice or email and not receive answers for days. Communication was very polite, but case worker seemed over worked and it was difficult to resolve situations that came up. I believe this is an systemic problem, not a problem with case worker assigned to me. She was very polite and helpful when I could make contact with her.
Very easy process
